We know that this is a really uncertain time with COVID-19 proving to be the most challenging period of all our lives; Rest assured, we’re in it together and we’ll come out of it together.
At UK E-Cig Station, we are committed to doing our part in minimizing the impact of this pandemic on our country and our priority through this uncertain time remains our staff and customers’ wellbeing. We'd like to inform all customers that whilst it is far from business as normal, we will continue to supply our customers for as long as there is demand and we have the staff to do so, in a safe and responsible manner.
To be able to continue serving you, the following changes to our Operations, Website and Deliveries have been made:
ORDER PACKING:
We have now implemented further safeguarding measures when packing orders for delivery. Hand Wash, Hand Sanitisers, Mask and Gloves are being utilised throughout the handling process and anti-bac being used frequently throughout premise (e.g. worktops) to minimize the potential spread of virus and risk to both our employees and customers.
ONLINE ORDERS:
As an online retailer, we are experiencing an increase in demand for our products. Rest assured we are working extremely hard to fulfil all orders, with very little and/or minimal disruption. We are currently well-stocked and do not envisage any stock issues in the near or distant future. However, due to some disruptions in our supply chains, there may be delays in restocking items for products that are out of stock. We greatly appreciate your understanding and co-operation during this time.
CLICK & COLLECT:
We have suspended click & collect indefinitely. In the interest of both our staff and your safety, all orders must be placed online and will be delivered to your chosen address via your chosen shipping method.
Please note, we will continue to follow & monitor Government advice and will resume this service as soon as it is possibly safe to do so.
DELIVERY:
At present, our logistics partner; Royal Mail, is continuing to are operate as normal. However, as cases of coronavirus increase across the UK, Royal Mail, along with other organisations, are experiencing growing levels of employee absence due to illness and self-isolation. We have been assured that, whilst there may be some delays, they are working extremely hard to minimize these and remain committed to delivering the most comprehensive service as possible at all times.
