It is a legal requirement for UK ECIG STATION LIMITED to ensure any ecigarette products are not sold to anyone under the age of 18.

In the UK, it's against the law to vend electronic cigarettes, vaping items containing nicotine (like patches or gum), or any products designed for nicotine delivery to individuals under 18. Hence, we must ensure that all our customers are aged 18 or above to adhere to this regulation.

WHEN/HOW CAN WE VERIFY YOUR AGE?
We use one of the best providers of ages checks in the market which is somple, quick and effificient. The system simply uses the date of birth that is registered with an individual's bank to confirm their age.

The data you enter during checkout is verified via a thrid party agency system. The good news is we shall only ever be required to validate this information once. A further check once verified shall not be carried out on future purchases.

HOW WILL MY DETAILS BE USED?
As part of our regulatory obligations to ensure our products are not sold to those under the age of 18, UK ECIG STATION LIMITED verify the age of our customers using a third party agency whos details can be provided to you upon request. The third party ensures age checks meet all legal requirements. They are compliant with GDPR and BSIs PAS 1296.

When should I change my Coils/Pods?

When you detect a decline in flavour quality or a decrease in vapour output, it's advisable to replace your coil or pod, depending on the type of kit you have.

Pods typically endure around 5 to 10 refills, while coils generally last one to two weeks, depending on usage intensity.
