Returns Policy

Here at UK Ecig Station we will do our utmost to resolve any issues you are having with any of your purchases. Please contact us immediately via email or telephone and we will discuss further with you all of your options. Please do take into account however that all electronic cigarette components have a limited life span and will eventually need to be replaced.

You have the right to cancel your order at any time, up to 2 working days after the day you order it. But, you must tell us straight away if you wish to do this. Also any issues you find with your order must be notified to us immediately – no longer than 1 day of receiving it. You must take good care of the items while they’re in your possession & they must be returned to us in a sellable and sealed condition. All packaging, accessories and manuals/documents that are included with the item must also be returned. All returned items must be returned in unmarked/unused condition. It is your responsibility to return the items to us, or to arrange collection of larger items. This needs to be done promptly at your cost.

If you have paid a delivery charge, this will be refunded too, unless you’re only returning part of the order. If this is the case, you will still need to pay the full delivery charge.

All products except eLiquids (non returnable) can be returned to us within 14 days of purchase providing the item is still in original, unopened and unused condition. Atomizers and Cartomizers have a dead on arrival warranty, please let us know with in 24 hours of receipt if you item is damaged or faulty and we will replace it or refund where possible.

These regulations don’t apply to anything that has been personalised or to intimate, perishable or time-critical goods.

Returns are to be paid by the customer. We do not cover any postage or courier for returns where a free shipping method was used. Atomizers and Cartomizers have a dead on arrival warranty only, however you must let us know within 24 hours of receipt if your item has arrived damaged or faulty and we will replace it or refund wherever possible. International returns charges are covered by the customer.

Please note that we are unable to accept any returned e-liquids that have been unsealed or used in any way, as this would constitute a health and safety risk due to hygiene measures.
